This 20-hour Aerial Yoga Instructor Training Programme is designed for

  • Yoga instructors to expand their teaching repertoire and

  • Yoga practitioners who are keen on deepening their yoga practice.

  • Comprehensive content on Aerial Yoga Practice and Teaching Methodology, including aerial yoga history, development, philosophy.

  • Aerial yoga anatomy & biomechanics.

  • Class planning and sequencing, cueing, class management.

  • Empower yourself to teach safely or simply to tailor self practice sessions.

Syllabus

Our 20-hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training will include the following topics but not limited to:

  • Aerial Yoga Basics (History & Philosophy, Apparatus Set Up, Selection & Safety)
     

  • Guiding Principles of Aerial Yoga 
     

  • Aerial Yoga Anatomy & Biomechanics
     

  • Flexibility Session (Shoulders, Hips & Hamstrings, Back Bend & Front Body)
     

  • Strength Session (Abs, Upper Extremities, Lower Extremities) 
     

  • Art of Teaching 
     

  • Art of Sequencing 
     

  • Teaching Practicum & Assessment

Tiffany Lau, is a natural teacher. She has an innate ability to inspire and empower her students, intuitively guiding them on a journey above and beyond the physical aspects of yoga. Tiffany’s gentle nature, combined with a commanding presence, creates a powerful and potent space to transform and grow.

Her journey into yoga started back in Hong Kong in her early teen. After her first teacher training programme, she began teaching and studying with some of the most influential yoga teachers in the world. She is a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuous Education Provider), and the founder of a Registered Yoga School, Omni Yoga Academy, based in Hong Kong, where she shares the teachings of yoga locally and across Asia.

Certificate

Upon graduation, you will be awarded a certification of completion with which you can register with Yoga Alliance as continuing education.

 

By taking this training, you will be allowed to receive 15 Hours of Continuing Education credit with Yoga Alliance.

所需要的熱身方式   進入式子的步驟
