Tiffany Lau

Tiffany's yoga journey, which began in 2004 to combat the strain of her media career, transformed into a passion during her recovery from a back injury in 2013. Inspired to make yoga accessible to all, she completed her first teacher training in 2016. Since then, Tiffany has dedicated over 10,000 teaching hours to guiding diverse students, from office workers to athletes. meditation seekers and cancer survivors, embodying her belief that yoga is for everyone.
Tiffany's teaching approach is progressive, balancing accessibility for beginners with challenges for experienced practitioners. She seamlessly integrates mindfulness, meditation, and breathing exercises, guiding students beyond physical transformation to holistic well-being. Tiffany continuously refines her knowledge, holding International certifications from various yoga lineages. She's also a certified Polestar Pilates instructor and completed a Diploma in Acupuncture from Hong Kong Baptist University.
Her holistic approach, extensive qualifications, and commitment to accessibility create an environment fostering growth and self-discovery at Omni Yoga & Wellness.
