7:00-8:00pm - Beginner Practice
8:15pm-8:45pm - Lecture: Fundamentals
9:00pm-10:00pm - Fundamentals: Wheel Salutations & Spine Mobility
5:00-6:30pm - Intermediate Practice
7:00pm-8:30pm - Anatomy & Mini Sequence Breakdown #1 (Back Care)
8:45pm-10:15pm - Anatomy & Mini Sequence Breakdown #2 (Hips & Legs: Strength & Flexibility)
10:15-11:00pm - Lecture: Art of Teaching #1
5:00-6:00pm - Group Assignment & Teaching Practicum
6:00pm-7:30pm - Anatomy & Mini Sequence Breakdown #3 (Power: Core & Arms)
7:45pm-9:00pm - Anatomy & Mini Sequence Breakdown #4 (Back Bend)
10:00-11:00pm - Assessment, Certificate Distribution & Photo-taking
Tiffany Lau, is a natural teacher. She has an innate ability to inspire and empower her students, intuitively guiding them on a journey above and beyond the physical aspects of yoga. Tiffany’s gentle nature, combined with a commanding presence, creates a powerful and potent space to transform and grow.
Her journey into yoga started back in Hong Kong in her early teen. After her first teacher training programme, she began teaching and studying with some of the most influential yoga teachers in the world. She is a YACEP (Yoga Alliance Continuous Education Provider), and the founder of a Registered Yoga School, Omni Yoga Academy, based in Hong Kong, where she shares the teachings of yoga locally and across Asia.
