How do I create an account?

Click "Log in | Register" on our website to create your Omni account. Enable notifications to receive booking confirmations and updates.

⚠️ Important Note: Even if you own a Mindbody account, the log in does not apply to this booking system. Please create a new account with us - it only takes 1 minute!

How to Book?

1. Always Click "Log in | Register" to sign in first 
2. Click "Book Online" again 
3. Choose your class - filter by class type and instructor
4. Credits needed show in (  ) 
5. Confirmation: Click "Book" to reserve 
6. Check your email for booking details (Make sure you enabled notifications in your account settings)

How far in advance can I book classes?

Classes are open for booking 14 days in advance.

Question 4

What are the class booking deadlines?

Accepted Answer

• Morning & afternoon classes: Book by 10:30 PM the day before
 • Evening classes: Book by 3:30 PM same day

Question 5

How many students are needed for a class to run?

Accepted Answer

• Minimum 2 students required for classes to proceed
 • Maximum capacity:
 - Aerial Yoga: 7 people
 - Wunda Chair: 3 people
 - Other group classes: 10 people

📧 Low Enrollment Notification:
 If class doesn't meet minimum enrollment, we will notify you by email/SMS:
 • Morning/afternoon classes: By 10:30 PM the day before
 • Evening classes: By 3:30 PM same day

⚠️ Important: Please ensure your notification settings are turned ON in your account to receive these important updates. Check both email and SMS notification preferences.

What's the cancellation policy?

• Group & Special Classes: 12 hours notice required
 • Private Classes: 24 hours notice required
 • Unlimited Pass holders: $100 fee for no-shows/late cancellations
 • Medical exceptions: Submit doctor's note within 3 days

What happens during bad weather?

Black Rainstorm/T8 or above:
 • Classes cancelled if warning issued 2 hours before
 • If cleared before 6 PM: Classes resume after 2 hours
 • If cleared after 6 PM: Evening classes cancelled

T1, T3, Yellow/Red Rainstorm:
 • Studio remains open
 • Regular cancellation policy applies

What if a class is full?

Why can't I book my second class?

Accepted Answer

This is related to how the package activation date works:
 • When you book your first class, the system automatically sets that date as your package start date
 • This means you cannot book classes that fall before your first booked class date
 • For example, if you first book a class for February 5th, you won't be able to book classes on February 4th

1. Cancel your first booked class and book in chronological order (earliest date first)
2. Simply WhatsApp us at 6888-9331, and we'll help adjust your booking
