Tiffany Lau
Tiffany is a Certified Yoga & Pilates Teacher, Yoga Teacher Trainer, lululemon ambassador and a Voluntary Holistic Wellness Instructor of Hong Kong Cancer Fund. Her journey with yoga began in 2004 as a means of keeping her body mobile after long hours of work in the media industry. However, it was during her rehabilitation from a back injury in 2013 that she rediscovered the transformative power of yoga, both physically and mentally. Driven by her personal experience and the desire to make yoga accessible to people from all walks of life, Tiffany embarked on a path of sharing her knowledge and teachings. In 2016, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, and since then, she has been dedicated to guiding a diverse range of students. Her classes attract individuals from various backgrounds, including office workers seeking relief from pain and tightness, athletes aiming to enhance their performance, and individuals looking for concentration and relaxation through meditation. Tiffany's teachings are progressive, offering a balance between accessibility for beginners and challenges for experienced practitioners. She incorporates mindfulness, short meditation sessions, and breathing exercises into her classes, providing her students with opportunities to reconnect with their hearts and facilitate positive transformations beyond the four corners of the yoga mat. While Tiffany enjoys the physical aspects of yoga, she recognizes that its true therapeutic benefits lie in the underlying science. To deepen her understanding of yoga's impact on the human body and mind, she continuously pursues further studies internationally. In addition to her E-RYT500 certification, she is a Registered Children Yoga Teacher, Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher, Certified Yoga Wheel, and Aerial Yoga Teacher. Furthermore, Tiffany has finished a Diploma in Acupuncture (Traditional Chinese Medicine) at the Hong Kong Baptist University, exploring the synergies between yoga and traditional Chinese wisdom for mind-body healing. Tiffany's commitment to the yoga community extends beyond her role as a teacher. She has also served as a Teacher Trainer, sharing her expertise and knowledge with over 800 yoga teachers in Hong Kong & Asia. Her experience, discipline, and high expectations for her students create an environment that fosters growth and self-discovery. Denize Chan
Denize, a RYT 500, embarked on her yoga journey in 2018. She completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in January 2023 and further enhanced her expertise with a 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in September 2024 under the esteemed guidance of Master Samrat Dasgupta. Previously burdened by the demands of her career, Denize found both her physical and mental health compromised. However, adopting a consistent yoga practice not only restored her well-being but also profoundly transformed her life. Through yoga, Denize has significantly enhanced her physical strength and mental clarity. Passionate about spreading the transformative power of yoga, Denize aims to infuse each class with love, peace, and positive energy. She encourages her students to embrace challenges and listen to their bodies. She was introduced to yoga classes by a friend, she immediately discovered that yoga is more than strengthening the body and improving flexibility, the practice also deepened her connection with her mind and spirit, giving her a sense of unprecedented calmness, stability, and fulfilment. Her life changing experience was what inspired her to become a Yoga Teacher so as to share the beauty of Yoga with others. In 2016, Tiffany found herself feeling lost and unsatisfied with her life direction while working in the corporate world. Seeking a way to relax and reconnect with herself, she turned to yoga. With all the benefits she experienced from yoga, both physically and mentally, she began practicing yoga regularly, gradually incorporating it into her daily routine and completed her yoga teacher certification in 2019 and 2021 respectively. Tiffany teaches her student how to achieve their own mind-body-soul connection through yoga. She believes that the practice of yoga is more than just a physical exercise; it's a way to cultivate inner peace and self-awareness that can be applied to all aspects of life. She encourages her students to apply what they learn on the mat to their daily lives, creating balance and harmony.

Hazel's journey with yoga began in 2017, when she first stepped onto the mat seeking relief from the strain of long workdays spent sitting at a desk as an Auditor. Despite not being naturally flexible, Hazel's persistence paid off, and she gradually gained strength and mobility through her practice. But beyond the physical benefits, Hazel discovered that yoga also brought her a profound sense of inner peace and self-awareness. Inspired by her transformative experience, Hazel embarked on a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, followed by a 20-Hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training. Hazel is dedicated to guiding students through classes that combine structure, systematic progression, and clear verbal cues, as well as the integration of hands-on adjustments to deepen their practice. Whether teaching Aerial Yoga, Back Care Yoga, Hatha Yoga or Deep Stretch, Hazel's classes are characterized by her meticulous attention to alignment and sequencing, ensuring that students of all levels can safely explore the depths of their practice. With her background as an Auditor, Hazel brings a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to her teaching, helping students to build a solid foundation and unlock the full benefits of their yoga practice.
